Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Louisville, KY.

Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: Not at this time, we are looking into it in the near future.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: No.

Q: How will my order ship?
A: We ship orders either by FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Handguns ship via USPS priority mail.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: If paying by credit card, non firearm items generally ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding any Holiday that either the USPS or FedEx is closed.  Orders on Holidays will ship out on the next business day our carriers are open.  Firearms will ship within 24 hours after we receive your dealers FFL. If paying by check/money order, items will ship once money order is received or once your check clears.

 Q: How do you process my credit card?
A: Our site is encrypted with the latest SSL security, and we utilize a third party processor that processes the card instantly and validates the card information.  Eagle Armory, Inc. nor its employees ever have access to your credit card information.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Kentucky residents must pay the 6% KY sales tax.

Q: Is your site current?
A: Our site keeps live inventory and is updated regularly.  Items are removed from inventory upon successful completion of the checkout process.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: If there is an "Add to Cart" button, it is in stock, except in some limited cases where there is only one item and more than one person has the same item in their cart, and one completes the checkout process first.

Q: What types of payment do you take?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Postal Money Orders and personal checks.  Personal checks will be held until they clear. NEVER MAIL CASH.

Q: Do you offer LEO/Military discounts?
A: At this time, we are unable to offer any discounts.

Q: Can I call in my credit card?
A: Yes.  You can go ahead and place your order online, in the checkout process, simply check the payment box "check/money order".  Then call us with your credit card number and your order number.

Q: Do I need to put my dealers address in the ship to address during checkout?
A: No.  Just put your dealers name to aid us matching up the FFL with the correct order.  We ship items that require an FFL to the address listed on your dealers FFL.

Q: Can I purchase a firearm from your on line store on the weekend?
A: Yes, just have your dealer fax their FFL on the next business day, once it is received we will process your order.

Q: I bought a gun from your online store, now what do I do?
A: Have your dealer fax their FFL to (502) 473-8223 or email it to the us, at the same email address that your order confirmation came from.  Have them put your order number and your name with the FFL, when it comes in we will match them up and prepare you order for shipping.

Q: Do you ship firearms to California?
A: Yes, handguns MUST be on the "Roster of Handguns Certified  for Sale" List.  The Long Guns must not be prohibited either.  If you order a firearm that is prohibited in California, your order may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, so if it is not legal, do not order it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No  we DO NOT ship internationally, all orders MUST have a US billing and mailing address.
Many of the items on this Web site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations  and EXPORT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without authorization or a license for each order as issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

Q: Can you ship magazine rebuild kits to states that have a magazine ban?
A: No, we do not sell or ship magazine rebuild kits.
