All items ship from OUR location in Louisville, KY. WE DO NOT DROP SHIP ANYTHING. Most items ship via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail, if FedEx or the USPS is closed due to a Holiday, orders will ship the next business day they are open. Make sure you use a valid mailing address as we utilize an online database and if the address is not valid, it will delay your shipment. If a package is undeliverable, YOU must pay the additional shipping charge to have it shipped out again. If you receive a damaged package, notify the delivery driver while they are there. KEEP all packaging and notify the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
If you ordered a firearm, BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE 4473, CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE FIREARM IS WHAT YOU ORDERED. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, you must notify the manufacturer of said item for service. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THIS.
